Finance Analyst (Projectmanager Carve Out)

The Foods EU Business Unit consists of some of the most known Foods brands in the world. Foods plays a significant role in the long-term value creation of the companyr. Finance, as the other functions of the Foods BU, provides value-adding business partnering, strategic support, and competitive services to the cluster.

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Strategy Lead, this role will focus to deliver the carve-out of 2 wellknow brands. This position is responsible and supports the strategic M&A priorities and execution according to the project timelines. This is an exciting position that combines performance & process excellence based off the renewed company plans, and will give you the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the European Foods business.

The ideal candidate is required to see the big picture while being capable of drilling down to the details to drive value-focused actions as well as resolving operational issues. Strong analytical skills, good stakeholder management and clear communication are key to succeed in this role.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

The key accountabilities, among other things, are as follows:

·      Weekly governance with the individual finance and CD representatives by market

·      Weekly governance with the implementation teams

·      Budget control

·      Day one readiness Finance

·      Execution of carve out and transition period. Monthly related activities:

o  Profit\Loss reporting

o  Inventory

o  TSA charging

o  Handshake

The position will interface with the following key stakeholders:

·      Company M&A team.

·      Foods EU Performance Director

·      Foods EU CEO & CFO

·      Foods EU Strategy Lead

·      Foods Business Group Leadership team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

·      Professional finance qualification, Masters degree desirable.

·      Has strong P&L knowledge, FP&A experience, monthly cycles/experience with month-end.

· Experienced projectmanager

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial, operational and/ or business partnering roles preferably within FMCG (dynamic with retailers)

·      Biased towards actions that have the most impact to the business.
